Pop Up Classes

Wednesday, October 29th and November 12th at 6:30pm

This foundational class will teach you about martial arts-inspired movement in a safe and age-appropriate environment. Participants will learn a variety of movements and drills from Muay Thai, Capoeira, and Jiu-Jitsu without the need to hit anything or worry about getting injured. This will be complemented with more traditional warm-ups and exercises using light weights.
