Kevin Monahan; Certified Ironman Coach

Kevin has the same story as many IRONMAN athletes striving for the finish line, my triathlon journey started 80 pounds heavier and many hours slower. He tries to make triathlon as sustainable as possible; as a Husband and Father of 2 (under 6 years old) he understands how flexibility and timing is important in this sport and family relationships. 

Kevin also owns a digital marketing agency, HackGrowth.io and has spent most of his professional life in marketing technology. He currently resides in Hamden with his Wife, two Sons and two dogs.
