Sarah Binderberger; Spin Instructor

Sarah has been teaching Spinning since 2003. As a tenured Level 3 Madd Dog Certified instructor, her method is to create the feel of riding outside within an indoor experience. She utilizes upbeat mixed music (you feel like you are in a nightclub). She has been known to provide intense but fun motivational class. Sarah has been doing Triathlon since 2002 and has completed a few Ironman events, multiple half iron distance events and more. 

After a 5 year hiatus (having her little Lily who is now almost 8 yrs old) Sarah returned to the circuit completing a few half iron distance races as well as her favorite RunDisney events. Sarah holds her Adult and Infant CPR Certification.

Monday through Friday, Sarah is the Vice President of The McIntyre Group, a boutique staffing firm in Fairfield County.
