The Red Coaching Program
$259 per month — $100 start up fee (waived for programs 4 months or more)
The Red Coaching Program is for athletes seeking a high level of interaction. With the MSA Red Coaching Program, we will design your annual training plan (ATP) and your monthly schedules around your time constraints and stated goals. We will work with you set realistic expectations. We will help you make intelligent nutrition decisions. We will track and redesign your weekly training on an ongoing basis. If geographically possible, your coach will train with you and offer form analysis twice per month mutual schedules permitting.
In short, your MSA Coach will be your guide, mentor and confidante as you make your way to a PR finish! We will work out the details in person or over the phone during our initial consultation. After that you will receive:
- A detailed seasonal overview of your training (ATP)
- A monthly and weekly schedules with specific, detailed daily workouts
- Review and analysis of your heart rate
- As much email support as you need
- Essentially unlimited phone consultation
- Detailed feedback from and interaction with your coach
- Race day pacing and nutrition advice
- Ongoing monitoring of your training logs
- A TrainingPeaks Premium training account
The White Coaching Program
$159 per month — $100 start up fee (waived for programs 4 months or more)
The White Coaching Program is for athletes seeking quality multisports coaching services. With the MSA White Program, we will design your annual training plan (ATP) and your monthly schedules around your time constraints and stated goals. We will work with you to set realistic expectations. We will track and redesign your weekly training on an ongoing basis. If geographically possible, your coach will train with you and offer form analysis once every four weeks, mutual schedules permitting.
In short, your MSA Coach will be your guide, mentor and confidant as you make your way to your PR finish. We will work out the details in person or over the phone during our initial consultation. After that you will receive:
- A detailed seasonal overview of your training (ATP)
- A weekly schedule with specific, detailed daily workouts
- Review and analysis of heart rate
- As much email support a you need
- One hour of phone consultation per week
- Detailed feedback and interaction with your coach
- Race day strategy and nutrition advice
- Ongoing monitoring of your training logs
- A TrainingPeaks Premium training account
The Blue Coaching Program
$299 for Twelve (12) week block
The Blue Coaching Program is for athletes seeking quality multi-sport coaching services. If you want a great schedule but don’t feel the need for extensive interaction during the training cycle, this is the plan for you. Our coaches will create a professional training plan designed around your specific goals and constraints to get you on track at a minimal cost. All of the initial start up work and on going coaching is accomplished through email. A minimum 12 week commitment (non-refundable) is required to begin. You will receive:
- A condensed Annual Training Plan (ATP)
- A weekly schedule with specific daily workouts
- Ongoing email support
- Race day pacing and advice
- Necessary adjustments of your schedule
- Detailed feedback from your coach
- A Training Peaks Basic training account

One to One Coaching Program
$99 per hour is a one time consultation session
Need help designing an annual training plan? Have specific questions? Want a generic month of training that you can adjust as you go along? Not everyone feels the need for ongoing access to a coach, so this one-stop program might be right for you. You will receive your MSA Coach’s undivided attention to assist you with whatever athletic related endeavor you wish to discuss, including but not limited to:
- Sprint distance focus training
- Olympic distance focus training
- Ironman distance focus training
- Half Ironman distance focus training
- Multi-sport training schedules
- Single-sport training schedules
- Off-season training

Team MSA - Group Triathlon Training
Team MSA is a rigorous triathlon group training program focused on preparing athletes at any level for swimming, cycling and running endurance events. Led by USA Triathlon certified coaches Marisa and Clayton, Team MSA will offer weekly group swims, rides and runs, as well as nutrition clinics, bike maintenance techniques, massage, and a network of new friends and athletes to support one another in the training process. Team MSA’s group training programs are designed to prepare athletes for local Sprint and Olympic distance triathlons.
