Barre Class is designed to incorporate the exercises of a traditional Ballet class with a group fitness workout flare. There is no classical music or Tu Tu’s, but instead a 60 minute class designed to strengthen through high reps of small range-of motion movements. The Barre is used as a prop to balance and help maintain a center for core stability. Lightweight weights are used for arm and leg exercises and usually the class is kept to a low impact level of fitness. Overall goal of this class is to stretch and strengthen.
A mix of strength work combined with intervals of basic Russian kettlebell techniques. This is definitely a total body workout that drives the heartrate while working the muscles in new and challenging ways. Low impact, high intensity workout...major calorie burner.

YOGA Vinyasa Flow
Build heat, strength and flexibility in this multi-level vinyasa class (breath is linked to movement). Explore foundation, your individual alignment, use of props and modifications. Challenging postures will be introduced in classes when appropriate.
Includes timed circuits of functional training exercises designed to work the body as a whole while keeping the heartrate pumped. Suitable and adaptable for every level of fitness....beginner to advanced.
This workout is the better choice for your end of week happy hour! Exercises move through whole body chain working largest to smallest muscle groups. All abilities welcome with low to medium challenge level. Make this your 'happy hour' choice!

A popular regimen based on a 1996 study uses 20 seconds of ultra-intense exercise (at an intensity of about 170% of VO2max) followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated continuously for 4 minutes (8 cycles). Although originally designed for two alternating cardio exercises, we throw a strength exercise in to burn more body fat!
This 60 minute real-time workout features a TRX hybrid workout based around the TRX Suspension Trainer, Kettle Bell, Bodyweight Exercises, Bag and much more. All levels welcome! Every other Wednesday night at 5:30pm
